🧩 What is ABA therapy ?
Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is an evidence-based therapy that uses positive reinforcement to help children build communication, social, and daily living skills. It is recommended by the American Academy of Pediatrics and is the most-studied therapy approach for children with autism. ABA at Therapist to you is overseen by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and delivered by trained Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
🌿 Who ABA therapy can help.
ABA therapy may be a good fit for children who need support with:
Communication and language development
Social skills and peer interaction
Emotional regulation and frustration tolerance
Daily routines and transitions
Play and learning readiness
Attention, behavior, and participation
Independence with age-appropriate tasks
We work closely with families to identify priorities and create goals that feel meaningful for home, school, and community life.
Our approach to ABA therapy.
We believe therapy works best when it feels supportive, respectful, and connected to your child’s daily world. Our ABA services focus on helping children make progress in ways that are both measurable and meaningful.
1️⃣
Individualized treatment plans
Each child receives a plan built around their strengths, needs, routines, and developmental goals.
2️⃣
Family-centered care
We partner with parents and caregivers so strategies feel practical and easier to carry into everyday life.
3️⃣
Skill-building with purpose
We target real-life skills that support communication, behavior, independence, participation, and confidence in the moments that matter most.
What the Process Looks Like
A clear, predictable path from first call to first session. Most families begin within 2 to 4 weeks.
-
A free 20-minute call. We listen to your concerns, answer your questions, and explain how ABA could support your child.
-
We confirm your insurance coverage within 24 hours. Then our BCBA spends 2 to 3 sessions getting to know your child's strengths, support needs, and family goals.
-
The BCBA writes a plan with clear, measurable goals tailored to your child's developmental level and daily environment. You review it together before submission to insurance.
-
Direct sessions begin with your dedicated RBT. The BCBA oversees progress. Caregivers receive ongoing coaching so strategies carry into daily life.
-
We track growth, review outcomes, and update goals as your child develops. Plans evolve with your child, never stay static.
Choose the Setting That Fits Your Child Best
We offer ABA therapy in three settings so care can be tailored to your child's needs and your family's routine. Many families combine settings as goals evolve.
In-Home ABA
In-home ABA therapy allows children to learn in a familiar environment where skills can be practiced naturally during real daily routines. This setting can be especially helpful for generalizing behavior, strengthening family participation, and reducing stress around transitions.
Best for:
Skill generalization, parent coaching, sensitive children, families with full schedules.
Trade-offs:
Fewer peer interactions, requires household participation.
Available in
Brevard and Palm Beach Counties
In-Center ABA
Center-based ABA therapy provides a structured, supportive setting where children can work on targeted goals, routines, social learning, and skill development in a focused environment.
Best for:
Focused goals, peer practice, structured routines, building independence.
Trade-offs:
Requires commute, less practice in real daily routines
Available in
Melbourne and West Palm Beach
In-School ABA
School-based ABA support helps children strengthen participation, transitions, communication, behavior, and classroom readiness in the place where those skills are used every day. We work to help children feel more successful and supported in the school environment.
Best for:
Classroom participation, IEP and 504 alignment, peer social skills.
Trade-offs:
Limited to school hours, requires district coordination.
Available in
Schools across Brevard and Palm Beach Counties
