Our ABA team supports children with communication, behavior, routines, independence, daily living skills, and family-centered progress.
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
RBTs work under the supervision of a qualified behavior analyst to help children practice meaningful skills during therapy sessions.
Support children during ABA therapy sessions.
Follow behavior plans and clinical direction from the supervising BCBA.
Collect session data and communicate clearly with the clinical team.
Bring patience, consistency, warmth, and professionalism to each family interaction.
Meet applicable credentialing, background screening, payer, and training requirements.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
BCBAs guide clinical programming, support families, supervise RBTs, and help children make progress through individualized ABA services.
Develop and oversee individualized behavior analytic programs.
Supervise and support RBTs with clear, ethical clinical direction.
Collaborate with families, caregivers, schools, and care teams when appropriate.
Complete documentation, assessments, updates, and payer-related requirements.
Maintain active BCBA certification in good standing and meet credentialing requirements.

Do RBTs work independently?
No. RBTs provide behavior analytic services under the direction and supervision of a qualified supervisor or requirements coordinator.

Services may take place in home, in school, or in center depending on the child’s needs, service type, provider availability, payer requirements, authorization, and scheduling.
